Purchasing for a team or agency?

The published standard CaseWorks license is for a single user. Do not purchase one copy expecting shared organizational or multi-user rights. If several investigators or employees would need to use or modify the templates, contact CaseWorks before ordering to ask whether a suitable license arrangement can be offered.

In your message, include: the type of organization, the templates you are considering, an approximate number of users and the file formats your workflow requires. Do not include names of investigation subjects, case files, private records, payment card details or other sensitive material.

Evaluate the product before you buy

  1. Start with a free resource: the investigation case-file checklist or timeline worksheet.
  2. Inspect genuine workbook previews: the product galleries show actual worksheet views for several CaseWorks downloads. Promotional illustrations are not representations of a hosted app.
  3. Verify formats and rights: downloads can include Excel, PDF or ZIP files. See the exact inventory, software compatibility and license and delivery terms.
  4. Confirm your information-security procedures: CaseWorks downloads are general documents, not a secure hosted case database or encrypted evidence repository.

CaseWorks provides documentation and organizational resources—not investigative services, legal advice, official government forms, an insurer-approved claims system, a whistleblower hotline, or a certified compliance platform. Users remain responsible for lawful investigation, professional licensing, appropriate security and organizational policy.
