Digital delivery
CaseWorks Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. Downloadable files are made available after successful purchase through the delivery method provided with the order.
Standard license
Unless a listing states otherwise, purchase grants a single-user license to use and modify the included files for the purchaser's own authorized internal work.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, or give away the original files or substantially similar derivative template products.
Professional responsibility
CaseWorks products are general organizational and educational resources. They are not legal advice, official government or law-enforcement forms, or substitutes for applicable laws, organizational policies, professional standards, or supervisory review. Users are responsible for lawful and ethical handling of information entered into the products.
Digital purchase issues
If a purchased file cannot be accessed because of a delivery or technical problem, contact CaseWorks Digital through the store contact page with the order information so the issue can be reviewed.
