Digital Delivery Policy

CaseWorks Digital sells digital investigation templates, worksheets, and documentation tools. No physical products are shipped.

After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital files through the download instructions or link provided at checkout or by email.

Delivery is generally automated, although occasional processing or technical delays may occur.

If you do not receive your download instructions or experience difficulty accessing your files, contact caseworksdigital@gmail.com with your order number.

We aim to respond within two business days.

No physical shipping charges apply to digital-only orders.
